  • 15 assisted pull-ups
  • 10 jackknives
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 side crunches to each side
  • 10 crunches
  • 20 squats
  • rest 30 seconds; repeat x2 (3x total)
  • 2 x 10 lateral arm raises
  • 2 x 10 tricep extensions
  • 2 x 10 standing shoulder presses
