Daily Fitness
Long run day. I mapped 7 miles, but accidentally missed a turn and ended up at 6.65 miles. I averaged an 11:30 minute/mile. There was a couple large hills and I made sure not to drop the pace I was maintaining going into it to get in a good leg workout. I did afford myself a 30 second break at the top of the highest hill in my town to soak in the view. I also threw in some tempo work because there was a lot more gas in the tank than I knew/anticipated and my legs felt great.
All in all, an awesome run!!
