I’m eternalizing how it feels
to eat way too much bad food in one night. Because last night was out of control. Sarah and I went to the race track with some vodka sodas, which i budgeted for. I didn’t budget for meeting these two guys who bought us beers. Then I didn’t budget for them peacing out and me and Sar getting the drunk munchies and getting nachos, sandwiches and french fries…and ICE CREAM. OHEMGEE i couldn’t even walk to the car. We were both really struggling and I never want to overeat like that again because it is NOT EVEN WORTH IT. Double whammy that I ate meat for the first time in 4 months. URGH. I’m eating like all fruits and veggies today and hoping that getting back on track will help my stomach feel better.
I did get a work out in yesterday… I did a three mile run and the first half of the strength circuit I did monday because i was in a rush!
Moral of the story: Drunk food is NOT worth it. I should have had like 2 fries and a lot of water.
