  • 10 Jackknives
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 side crunches to each side
  • 10 crunches
  • 1 minute rest
  • Repeat 3 times
  • 3x 10 single leg squats, each side
  • 3x 10 bent over dumbbell row
  • 3x 10 incline bench press
  • 3x 10 overhead tricep extensions
  • 3x 10 side bends, each side
  • 3x 10 hamstring curls
