Daily Fitness: Treadmill in the basement addition
I had scheduled to do 3 miles today…but I procrastinated and lost all the day light. My mom has an old treadmill in the basement….THAT FACES A BRICK WALL. wtf.
I ran 1 mile and decided to do the other 2 tomorrow in addition to my crosstraining. Not going to make this a habit, but as long as I don’t skimp on my long runs, I should be okay. 1 mile is better than no miles… it was a nice recovery after yesterday’s hilly 5.5.
