breakfast: plain instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter, blackberries & blueberries

morning snack: peach + string cheese

pre-workout: larabar

lunch: zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms and chickpeas sauteed in olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley and chili pepper sprinkled with sunflower seeds + plum

dinner: chobani honey greek yogurt w/ kashi honey sunshine cereal + banana + clif c bar

snacks: blue bunny ice cream w/ walnuts and peanut butter + graham cracker + honey dew

Total Calories: 1,737 - 873 burned running

  • it is so hard eating now that i’m home for a while before school starts. i work 6 am-12 and then 4 or 5 until 10 or 11. SUCH a weird schedule!!!
