Daily Fitness
i just ran 5.5 miles through downtown…including 2 borderline massive hills. i avg’d at a 11:30 min/mile pace.. not to shabby. it felt SO GOOD.
This weeks workouts….
Running: 4 days
Strength: 3 days (one was just abs, though…)
yoga: 2 days
crosstraining: 0 days
Next week, I’d like to add on another full body strength training day & a crosstrain day.
