breakfast: spinach and feta wrap from starbuck’s

snack: granny smith apple

lunch: larabar, orange

snack: some trail mix

snack: plum and blueberries/blackberries

dinner: scallops (panseared with olive oil), corn on the cob, fresh cucumbers, orzo with tomato and red onion

post run: cherries

evening snack: 1.5 s’mores!

*4 mile hilly run!!! with my best friend!!!!! AT HOME!!!!!!
