Healthy changes, Monday November 15th
Breakfast:
egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin with hot sauce + 1 c. skim milk
Morning Snack:
14 almonds
Lunch:
salad bar salad: romaine, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onion, chickpeas and a tbs of honey mustard
Afternoon Snack:
mini bag of microwave popcorn
Dinner:
rice with vegetable stew
Study snack:
animal crackers
Exercise: oops.
Calories: 1455
This isn’t too too bad for my first day back but I’d still like to be down around 1200-1300 calories per day.
Today was busy. I had class in the morning, two papers to work on, a meeting with the Dean about a fundraising event, class, an honors program meeting and global humanitarian Dr. Paul Farmer spoke at my school this evening. Unfortunately, between work and all of the other things, I didn’t get to do yoga as planned. I want to get 8 hours so… I’m turning in for the night.
