I’m reemerging. I have been in denial of what my crazy college life is doing to me. I eat A LOT. I drink A LOT. I haven’t been exercising. I am coming off a really nasty foot sprain and my options are limited, but that’s probably an excuse. I need to get back on the bandwagon because I weighed myself for the first time in months and I’ve gained weight and am the heaviest I’ve ever been. 168.8 lbs. YIKES.
So, back to counting calories, and hopefully, between everything I need to do today, I can get in 45 minutes of cardio yoga.
