Breakfast: english muffin with egg whites and hot sauce
Work-out: 3.35 mile run: out to the nature trail, 2 laps of the trail, back through campus, up and down the access road that is a pretty steep hill and back to the dining hall.
Rugby practice including 1 mile run, 15 minutes of fitness practice: 10 pushups, 10 m sprint, 10 burpees, 10 m sprint, 10 sit ups, 10 m sprint…repeat.
Lunch: wrap with lettuce, salsa, tomato, onion, and cucumber + apple
Dinner: briyani rice with lots of veggies + toast with peanut butter
Snacks: lara bar (afternoon/pre practice), peanut M & Ms (study), 1/2 skinny cow sandwich + 2 wasa crackers (evening)
