Breakfast: english muffin with egg whites and hot sauce

Lunch: salad: romaine/spinach + feta cheese, onions, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, chickpeas and mushrooms & a granny smith apple 

Dinner: vegetarian paella w/ steamed veggies and a granny smith apple

Snacks: chobani w/ cereal and almonds (afternoon), dark chocolate covered pomegranate seeds (library), air popped popcorn w/ a little butter (evening), a couple chips with guacamole (because my friends were…and i got like a craving for guac so I grabbed some wasa crackers to have with it instead.)

Work-out:

40 minute elliptical

Strength:

  • 3 x 10 squats with shoulder press
  • 3 x 10 v-sit crunches
  • 3 x 10 push ups
  • 3 x 10 walking lunge with bicep curl
  • 3 x 20 russian twist w/ medicine ball
  • 3 x 10 tricep extension 
  • 2 x 8  each side side plank with arm extension

Not great, but it’s progress. I know that snacking is my biggest weakness.
