CW 158 Okay. So I’m up an lb from last Monday. I eat like shit from tuesday-sunday so I couldn’t expect 2 days of minor changes and progress to turn anything around. I gotta stop this scale from continuing to creep.

12:31 a.m. Just finished my work. I overate today. I AM NOT IN A ROUTINE YET AND IT SUCKS. I’m going to bed and forcing myself to still wake up way before class to get a run in.

Today is Monday. It started out with my semi-normal breakfast with the girls before my 9:30 Political Theory class. Monday Weigh In: 157.0 I’m up four pounds in a month. That’s what happens when you have the “i don’t give a shit attitude” and the “I’ll get back with it tomorrow” mentality.
