Okay. So I’m up an lb from last Monday. I eat like shit from tuesday-sunday so I couldn’t expect 2 days of minor changes and progress to turn anything around. I gotta stop this scale from continuing to creep.

Work-out: 3.35 mile run: out to the nature trail, 2 laps of the trail, back through campus, up and down the access road that is a pretty steep hill and back to the dining hall.

I AM NOT IN A ROUTINE YET AND IT SUCKS. I’m going to bed and forcing myself to still wake up way before class to get a run in.

SO TRUE. I can’t help but NOM NOM when I’m with my friends. I live with 8 people and am always with my rugby team…so they are ALWAYS around. IT’S SO HARD!

Today is Monday. It started out with my semi-normal breakfast with the girls before my 9:30 Political Theory class. I skipped the usual english muffin and had to add milk because the hot sauce was too much without the bread.

I’m at school. I have three practices a day. I eat well at meeals but need to cut out snacking. Why is getting back on track so difficult?!?
i’m alive. i’m finishing up working, being with my family & packing for school on monday! once i’m there, i am promising that i will get back to posting regularly!!
i’ve been eating moderately well and working out on a regular basis (less than usual, but 3 days this week because i’m busy!).

i just binged. i got home from a total of 11 hours working and just started eating. it’s so hard. i just get so tired. i can’t wait to go back to school and regain a normal schedule.

I logged my run (6.65 miles, 77 minutes, avg. speed 5.2 mph) into MyPlate and that’s what it spit back. I don’t know how accurate it is…but I don’t typically eat all the calories I burn anyway (unless I go out drinking…and get the drunk munchies…etc.)

I had scheduled to do 3 miles today…but I procrastinated and lost all the day light. My mom has an old treadmill in the basement….THAT FACES A BRICK WALL. wtf.
I ran 1 mile and decided to do the other 2 tomorrow in addition to my crosstraining. Not going to make this a habit, but as long as I don’t skimp on my long runs, I should be okay. 1 mile is better than no miles…...

So I went 260 calories over last night. Things happen. Moving on. I’m currently sitting in Penn Station waiting for my connection. I bought an egg wrap from Starbuck’s for breakfast at Union Station and just got a Larabar and an Orange for lunch. The last two days have been “bad,” but yesterday was totally unforeseeable. I could beat myself up or I could move on to make...
So. There’s no power here and we just had to eat out. I had a small, 3” diameter soft pretzel and a black bean wrap with onion and avocado and some rice and beans. It was really the best I could do at a sports bar. Someone encourage me! I’m falling off the wagon the last two days with eating out. I had about 800 cals before hand. I don’t think I’ll be abnle to work...
